This is the first foaming cleansing cream I have used that didn't leave that "too tight" feeling afterward. I love it! I do not use it as my primary make-up remover, but I have used it to remove make-up and it does a great job. I recommend using it while in the shower--less mess on the wash cloth!!

I have been using this cleanser for 3 weeks and it has made my skin look so much better by its very effective, yet gentle, cleansing properties.It really cleaned out my pores and made them look smaller and it brightened my skin without making it feel overly dry.
If I need to take off the Shiseido sunscreen or other heavy makeup, I first use the Shiseido Cleansing Oil, then use this creamy foam. Then I follow up with a softener and then serum. Result: clear, beautiful, even skin tone, supple and soft skin.

I had been using an older version of Benefiance cleansing foam but recently ran out. I liked the idea of an extra creamy foam. I was more than pleased the first time I used it. It is very foamy, and my skin felt alive afterwards. (I know that sounds corny, but it's true.)
I have been using Shiseido products for 30 years, and I still get frequent compliments on my 72-year-old complexion. I know the products work, and I am always receptive to improved versions.
