      Excellent softener to use after cleansing. It makes skin feel soft and hydrated without stickiness. You apply serum and/or moisturizer after this softener. You don't need so much moisturizer after the softener because it already hydrates.

          This softener is an opaque, viscous fluid that I apply after cleansing but before applying serum. It makes the skin feel very soft and moisturised (without stickiness or greasiness or oil). On humid days, I don't apply moisturiser after the serum. On very dry days, I do. I love how this feels on my skin and the subtle fragrance is enchanting. The only thing I would change about this product is the packaging. Shiseido needs to have a travel size pump bottle instead of this large, heavy one.
