I use this product every morning.
It does not smell bad and goes on very nice. Helps my lips from peeling.
It does go on clear and thats the best part cause you can just add your favorite lipstick on top of that.
I don't have anything bad to say about it.

My lips burn easily and I have tried countless other lip protectors before Shiseido. This is by far the BEST I have ever used. Goes on smooth and creamy with no odd odor or taste. Keeps my lips soft and protected through many hours on the bike trail and golf course.

When spending time outside in the sun, use Shiseido Lip Protection over base color instead of lip gloss. The sun can really do damage and cause cancer to the lips. Using oil or gloss just intensifies the UVA rays, burning your lips. No need to go without nice makeup, just use a pretty lip pencil color and top with Lip Protection. It stays in place even in hot sun.
