I like the bottle, you can squeeze out just a little product or a lot. Great for squeezing products on a small Q-tip or a cotton pad. Also it will not be easily contaminated. I like the gentle formula that can also removes all the waterproof mascara and eyeliner. Even false lashes glue, I just simply squeeze some solution onto a cotton pad and then gently press it on my eye lids for 15 seconds, and then all the eye makeups dissolved into the cotton pad. There is no tugging of eyelids. There are other brands of makeup remover required further rubbing and it will create fine lines on eyelids.

I primarily use this on the eye area as I don't wear lipstick. I used to use Lancome but find this to be a better consistency, a superior feel and better smell. It's also a better value and the tip dispenser means less waste. The only thing to keep in mind about this cleanser is that you need to wipe it off with a wet wash cloth if you use the foam cleanser, as it will keep the cleanser from foaming up if it mixes together. I love Shiseido products, they are easy on my skin, effective, long lasting (a little goes a very long way) and they smell lightly feminine.
