1. Does Shiseido offer a gift box?
Yes, Shiseido offers our customers the option to select from two different-sized gift boxes.
2. How can I select the gift box option?
To select the gift box option, select “This order is a gift” at the bottom of your shopping bag before checking out. All gift orders will not include an invoice that displays pricing.
3. Can I add a gift message?
At the moment we do not offer gift messaging.
4. Can I return a gift I’ve received?
A gift order can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returns will be refunded to an electronic gift card emailed directly to the gift recipient email used during checkout.
5. What shipping method can I use?
Any available shipping method can be selected on a gift order.
6. Can my Auto-Replenishment order include a gift box?
Currently, auto-replenishment is not available for gift orders.
7. Can I select multiple gift boxes for my order?
Multiple items within the order will be presented in one gift box. Select products may not be eligible for a gift box.
8.Which gift box size should I select?
We recommend a small box for orders of 1-3 products and a large box for orders of 4+ products. Additionally, a large box must be selected for all preassembled gift sets and value set purchases. Please note, these are estimates for the majority of products available on our website site. There are items that cannot be gift boxed.
